What we use
Analytics is currently switched off. When you browse the public pages, we do not set analytics or marketing cookies, or store personal data or cookie preferences in your browser. The opening animation does not use persistent storage. There is therefore no cookie consent banner.
Staff sign-in cookie
The hi_admin cookie is set only when someone opens the enquiry administration at /admin/, and your browser sends it only to that part of the site. It lets staff sign in and protects the administration against forged requests. It is not used for analytics or advertising, and visitors who do not open the administration never receive it. It is necessary for signing in, so no consent is requested for it. It is a browser-session cookie. Your signed-in session expires after two hours of inactivity or twelve hours after you sign in. Signing out ends it immediately.
