Enquiry data and how we use it
The form collects your name, email address, enquiry type, message and, if you provide it, phone number. We use this information to reply, discuss your project and prepare a quotation. Your name, email and enquiry details are needed to handle your request; a phone number is optional. You provide the information voluntarily, but we cannot reply without contact details. Please do not send sensitive personal information.
Legal basis
We process requests for quotations to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Other business correspondence and measures against misuse are based on our legitimate interest in responding and keeping the site secure (point (f)). Contract and invoice data may also be processed to meet legal obligations (point (c)). Acknowledging this policy does not give consent to marketing. We do not use form data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Recipients and service providers
The website is hosted by Hostinger, with Cloudflare helping to deliver and protect its traffic. The form sends enquiries through the business Zoho Mail account to [email protected], so Google is also involved in delivery and storage. Version2 maintains the site and has access needed for technical support. Authorised staff and these providers may access data as necessary for delivery, storage and support. We do not publish enquiries or sell personal data. These providers may also process data outside the European Economic Area. Their policies describe international transfers and safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. Retention and security
Enquiries sent through the form are saved in a protected database on the website's server, and a notification is sent by email. Only authorised staff can access the database, after signing in. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to reply and discuss the project. Once the conversation ends, any further retention depends on a contract, a legal retention duty or the need to establish or defend legal claims. The server may log your IP address, the requested page and the time of access for operation, maintenance and security. Form protection uses temporary attempt counters by network address. We restrict access and use a secure connection, although no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Analytics and cookies
Visitor analytics is currently switched off. This website does not load Google Analytics, marketing tags or external embedded content. Photos and fonts are loaded from this site. Details about browser storage are available on the Cookies page.
External links
Map and social media links open other websites only when you choose them. Their own privacy rules apply there. Simply opening our website does not load their maps, posts or tracking tags.
Your rights and complaints
You can request access to and correction of your data and, where the relevant conditions are met, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent to analytics. Send your request to [email protected]. We reply within the period set by the GDPR, generally one month.
